Abstract

Minat kunjungan ulang merupakan suatu keadaan untuk menggunakan
kembali pelayanan disebabkan kepuasan terhadap pelayanan yang diperoleh
sebelumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan strategi
pemasaran dengan minat kunjungan ulang pasien Rawat Jalan Poliklinik Jantung
di RSUD dr.Rasidin Kota Padang.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan desain cross
sectional study. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Maret-Juli 2023. Populasi dalam
penelitian adalah Pasien Rawat Jalan Poliklinik Jantung di RSUD dr. Rasidin
Kota Padang dengan sampel 96 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengisian
angket menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis
univariat, bivariat dan multivariat dimana menggunakan uji Chi-Square dan Uji
Regresi Logistik
Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa 85,4% kunjungan ulang pasien
kategori berminat, 54,2% strategi pemasaran produk berkategori baik, 56,2%
strategi pemasaran tempat berkategori baik, 57,3% strategi pemasaran harga
berkategori baik, 54,2% strategi pemasaran promosi berkategori baik. Hasil uji
statistik diperoleh bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara strategi
pemasaran tempat (p=0,011), strategi pemasaran promosi (p=0,003) dan
diperoleh strategi pemasaran promosi dengan nilai OR = 9,375.
Strategi pemasaran merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi minat
kunjungan ulang pasien Rawat Jalan Poliklinik Jantung di RSUD dr.Rasidin.
Diharapkan kepada RSUD dr.Rasidin khususnya pelayanan poliklinik untuk
meningkatkan komunikasi, promosi kepada pasien untuk memahami kebutuhan
mereka dengan lebih baik lagi. Dengan memfasilitasi umpan balik, saran atau
keluhan pasien, poliklinik dapat memperoleh wawasan berharga tentang area
mana yang perlu diperbaiki.

Interest in repeat visits is a condition to reuse services due to satisfaction
with services obtained previously. This study aims to determine the relationship
between marketing strategy and interest in repeat visits of patients outpatient at
the Cardiac Polyclinic at Dr. Rasidin Hospital, Padang City.
The research method used is quantitative by designcross sectional study.
The study was conducted in March-July 2023. The population in the study were
outpatients at the Cardiac Polyclinic at dr. Rasidin Padang City with a sample of
96 respondents. Data was collected by filling out a questionnaire using a
questionnaire. The data analysis used was univariate, bivariate and multivariate
analysis which used a test Chi-Square and Logistic Regression Test
The results showed that 85.4% of patient repeat visits were in the
category of interest, 54.2% of the product marketing strategy was in the good
category, 56.2% in the place marketing strategy was in the good category, 57.3%
in the price marketing strategy was in the good category, 54.2% was the
promotion marketing strategy was in the good category. Statistical test results
show that there is a significant relationship between place marketing strategy
(p=0,011), promotion marketing strategy (p=0,003) and obtained marketing
promotion strategy with a value of OR = 9,375.
Marketing strategy is a factor influencing interest in repeat visits of
patients outpatient at the Cardiac Polyclinic at dr. Rasidin Hospital. It is hoped
that dr. Rasidin Hospital, especially polyclinic services, will improve
communication, promotion to patients to understand their needs better. By
facilitating patient feedback, suggestions or complaints, polyclinics can gain
valuable insights into which areas need improvement
