Abstract

Puskesmas Rawang merupakan Puskesmas dengan penilaian kinerja pelayanan terendah dengan persentasi 67,98%. Kinerja pelayanan kesehatan Puskesmas Rawang termasuk dalam kategori kinerja kurang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apa saja faktor – faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja pegawai Puskesmas Rawang.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah metode analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Rawang pada bulan Maret – Agustus 2023, pengumpulan data dilakukan pada tanggal 2 – 17 Juni. Populasi berjumlah 47 orang dengan jumlah sampel 37 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel digunakan total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan cara wawancara. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji statistik Chi-Square.
Hasil penelitian diketahui 66,7% pegawai menyatakan kinerja kurang baik, 52,8% pegawai menyatakan kepemimpinan kurang baik, 63,9% pegawai menyatakan motivasi rendah, 80,6% pegawai menyatakan budaya kerja kurang baik. Terdapat hubungan antara kepemimpinan (p-value = 0,045), motivasi (p-value = 0,011), budaya kerja (p-value = 0,020) dengan kinerja pegawai Puskesmas Rawang tahun 2023.
Kinerja sangat erat kaitannya dengan cara kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan juga budaya kerja yang ada di Puskesmas. Diharapkan kepada pimpinan Puskesmas Rawang lebih memperhatikan pegawai, seperti memberikan motivasi dan pengahargaan kepada pegawai yang telah menyelesaikan tugasnya dengan

This type of research is an analytical method with a cross-sectional study approach. This research was conducted at the Rawang Health Center in March – August 2023, and data collection was carried out on June 2 – 17. The population was 47 people with a sample size of 37 people. The sampling technique used total sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires using interviews. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using the Chi-Square statistical test.
The results showed that 66.7% of employees stated that their performance was not good, 52.8% of employees stated that leadership was not good, 63.9% of employees stated that their motivation was low, and 80.6% of employees stated that the work culture was not. There is a relationship between leadership (p-value = 0.045), motivation (p-value = 0.011), work culture (p-value = 0.020), and the performance of Rawang Health Center staff in 2023.
Performance is closely related to leadership, motivation, and the work culture at the Community Health Center. It is hoped that the leadership of the Rawang Health Center will pay more attention to employees, such as providing motivation and appreciation to employees who have completed their duties with good results.
