Abstract
Kinerja merupakan hasil kerja yang dapat dicapai oleh seseorang dalam menyelesaikan tugas dan tanggung jawab. Berdasarkan laporan kinerja Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia ada beberapa indikator kinerja yang belum mencapai target salah satunya persentase kehadiran pegawai kesehatan sebesar 70% belum mencapai dari yang ditargetkan sebesar 95%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja dengan kinerja tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Koto Panjang Ikua Koto Tahun 2023.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Maret-Agustus 2023. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Koto Panjang Ikua Koto Tahun 2023 dengan sampel sebanyak 33 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan komputerisasi dengan melakukan uji chi-square.
Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa 36,4% tenaga kesehatan menyatakan gaya kepemimpinan kurang efektif, 42,4% tenaga kesehatan memiliki disiplin kerja kurang baik, 45,5% tenaga kesehatan memiliki kinerja kurang baik. Hasil uji statistik diperoleh bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara gaya kepemimpinan (ρ = 0,003) dan disiplin kerja (ρ = 0,003) dengan kinerja tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Koto Panjang Ikua Koto Tahun 2023.
Gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Koto Panjang Ikua Koto Tahun 2023. Diharapkan kepada pimpinan puskesmas untuk dapat menyesuaikan gaya kepemimpinan dengan situasi yang ada sehingga dapat meningkatkan koordinasi yang baik antar pimpinan dan tenaga kesehatan, serta diharapkan kepada tenaga kesehatan untuk meningkatkan disiplin kerja dengan mematuhi semua prosedur atau aturan kerja guna peningkatan produktivitas dan kinerja.
Performance is the result of work that can be achieved by someone in completing tasks and responsibilities. Based on the performance report of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, there are several performance indicators that have not reached the target, one of which is the percentage of attendance of health employees of 70% which has not reached the target of 95%. This study aims to determine the relationship between leadership style and work discipline with the performance of health workers at the Koto Panjang Ikua Koto Public Health Center in 2023.
The research method used is quantitative with cross sectional design. The study was conducted in March-August 2023. The population in the study were all health workers at the Koto Panjang Ikua Koto Public Health Center in 2023 with a sample of 33 people. Data were collected through interviews using a questionnaire. Data analysis used computerization by conducting a chi-square test.
The results of the study found that 36.4% of health workers stated that the leadership style was less effective, 42.4% of health workers had poor work discipline, 45.5% of health workers had poor performance. The statistical test results showed that there was a significant relationship between leadership style (ρ = 0.003) and work discipline (ρ = 0.003) with the performance of health workers at the Koto Panjang Ikua Koto Health Center in 2023.
Leadership style and work discipline are factors that influence the performance of health workers at the Koto Panjang Ikua Koto Public Health Center in 2023. It is hoped that the leadership of the public health center will be able to adapt the leadership style to the existing situation so that it can improve good coordination between leaders and health workers, and it is hoped that the staff health to improve work discipline by complying with all procedures or work rules in order to increase productivity and performance.
