Abstract
ABSTRAK
Keberhasilan suatu perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan bergantung pada kinerja karyawan, sehingga perlu memperhatikan kualitas SDM dimana dengan kualitas dan kemampuan SDM akan mampu membuat karyawan melaksanakan tugas secara baik. Kinerja tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Koto Panjang Ikua Koto tahun 2023, kinerja baik baru mencapai 67,98% dari yang ditargetkan 100% penyebab utama menurunya kinerja tenaga kesehatan adalah kurang nya kerja sama antar tenaga kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Koto Panjang Ikua Koto.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 29 Mei sampai 3 Juni 2023 di Puskesmas Koto Panjang Ikua Koto. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu semua tenaga kesehatan berjumlah 44 orang dimana pengambilan sampel menggunakan total populasi dengan jumlah 35 orang. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan metode wawancara dan analisis data secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-square.
Hasil penelitian didapatkan dari 35 responden, sebanyak 62,9% tenaga kesehatan memiliki kepuasan kerja, sebanyak 57,1% tenaga kesehatan memiliki lingkungan kerja baik dan sebanyak 51,4% tenaga kesehatan memiliki kinerja kurang baik. Hasil uji chi-square di dapatkan ada hubungan kepuasan kerja p-value=0,008 dan lingkungan kerja p-value=0,047 dengan kinerja tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Koto Panjang Ikua Koto Tahun 2023.
Kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja merupakan faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja tenaga kesehatan. Diharapkan kepada pimpinan puskesmas untuk dapat lebih memperhatikan dan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja tenaga kesehatan, pihak puskesmas juga diharapkan dapat menerapkan kumunikasi organisasi yang baik antar tenaga kesehatan dan menjalin kerjasama yang efektif untuk meningkatkan suasana lingkungan kerja yang baik dalam membantu peningkatan kinerja.
ABSTRACT
The success of a company in achieving its goals depends on employee performance, so it is necessary to pay attention to the quality of human resources where the quality and ability of human resources will be able to make employees carry out their duties well. The performance of health workers at the Koto Panjang Ikua Koto Health Center in 2023, good performance has only reached 67.98% of the targeted 100% the main cause of the decline in the performance of health workers is the lack of cooperation between health workers. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and work environment with the performance of health workers at the Koto Panjang Ikua Koto Health Center.
The research method used is quantitative with a cross sectional study design. The research was conducted from 29 May to 3 June 2023 at the Koto Panjang Ikua Koto Health Center. The population in this study were all health workers totaling 44 people where the sample was taken using a total population of 35 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire with the interview method and data analysis was univariate and bivariate using the Chi-square test.
The results obtained from 35 respondents, 62.9% of health workers had job satisfaction, 57.1% of health workers had a good work environment and 51.4% of health workers had poor performance. The results of the chi-square test found that there was a relationship between job satisfaction p-value = 0.008 and work environment p-value = 0.047 with the performance of health workers at the Koto Panjang Ikua Koto Health Center in 2023.
Job satisfaction and work environment are factors that can affect the performance of health workers. It is hoped that the leadership of the puskesmas will be able to pay more attention to and increase the job satisfaction of health workers, the puskesmas is also expected to be able to apply good organizational communication between health workers and establish effective cooperation to improve a good working environment in helping improve performance.
