Faktor-Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Preeklampsia pada Ibu Hamil di Rumah Sakit Islam Ibnu Sina Padang Tahun 2023

ABSTRAK

Menurut data Profil Kesehatan Indonesia (2021) preeklampsia merupakan penyebab Angka Kematian Ibu terbesar di Indonesia sebanyak 1.077 kasus, di provinsi sumatera barat 193 kasus dan di Kota Padang 30 kasus. Survei data awal tahun 2022 di RSI Ibnu Sina terdapat 45 kasus preeklampsia yang disebabkan oleh faktor usia, paritas dan riwayat hipertensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan usia, paritas dan riwayat hipertensi dengan preeklampsia pada ibu hamil di RSI Ibnu Sina Padang Tahun 2023.
Jenis penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan di RSI Ibnu Sina Padang pada bulan Maret – Agustus 2023 dan pengumpulan data pada tanggal 6-28 Juni 2023. Populasi penelitian ini semua dokumen rekam medik ibu hamil yang dirawat di RSI Ibnu Sina Padang dari bulan Januari- Desember 2022 berjumlah 168 orang dengan pengambilan sampel Total Population. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dengan analisa data univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square.
Hasil penelitian sebagian kecil 26,8% ibu hamil mengalami preeklampsia, kurang dari separoh 38,1% ibu hamil usia beresiko, kurang dari separoh 45,8% ibu hamil paritas primigravida, sebagian kecil 29,8% ibu hamil memiliki riwayat hipertensi. Ada hubungan antara usia ibu hamil dengan kejadian preeklampsia (p-value 0,008). Ada hubungan paritas dengan preeklamsia (p-value 0,040). Ada hubungan antara riwayat hipertensi dengan preeklampsia (p-value 0,000).
Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan usia, paritas dan riwayat hipertensi dengan kejadian preeklampsia ibu hamil di RSI Ibnu Sina Padang Tahun 2023. Peneliti menyarankan kepada tenaga medis untuk meningkatkan pelayanan ANC terutama skrinning mengenai faktor resiko terjadinya preeklampsia.

Factors Associated with Preeclampsia in Pregnant Women at Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital Padang in 2023

ABSTRACT

According to Indonesian health profile data (2021), preeclampsia is the largest cause of maternal mortality in Indonesia with 1,077 cases, in West Sumatra province 193 cases and in Padang City 30 cases. The initial 2022 data survey at RSI Ibnu Sina found 45 cases of preeclampsia. There are several factors that influence preeclampsia, namely age, parity, and history of hypertension. This study aims to determine the relationship between age, parity and history of hypertension with preeclampsia in pregnant women at RSI Ibnu Sina Padang in 2023.
Type of analytical descriptive research with a cross sectional study approach. The research has been carried out at RSI Ibnu Sina Padang in March - August 2023 and data collection on June 6-28, 2023. The population of this study all medical record documents of pregnant women treated at RSI Ibnu Sina Padang from January - December 2022 amounted to 168 people with Total Population sampling. Data collection using observation sheets with univariate and bivariate data analysis using chi-square test.
The results of the study were a small percentage of 26.8% of pregnant women had preeclampsia, less than half of 38.1% of pregnant women of at-risk age, less than half of 45.8% of pregnant women had primigravida parity, a small percentage of 29.8% of pregnant women had a history of hypertension. There is an association between the age of pregnant women and the incidence of preeclampsia (p-value 0.008). There was a parity relationship with preeclampsia (p-value 0.040). There is a relationship between a history of hypertension and preeclampsia (p-value 0.000).
It can be concluded that there is a relationship between age, parity and history of hypertension with the incidence of preeclampsia for pregnant women at RSI Ibnu Sina Padang in 2023. Researchers advise medical personnel to improve ANC services, especially screening on risk factors for preeclampsia.
