Abstract
Indeks kepuasan peserta dalam pelayanan di BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Kota padang Tahun 2021 78,6% dibandingkan tahun 2022 sebsesar 76,2%. Salah satu indikator dilihat dari BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Kota Padang memiliki jumlah kunjungan peserta terendah Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas pelayanan dengan tingkat kepuasan peserta BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Padang Tahun 2023.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Kota Padang pada bulan Maret-Agustus 2023. Populasi pada penelitiaan ini yaitu peserta BPJS dengan jumlah 877.203 orang. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang diambil secara acidental sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada tanggal 3-19 juli 2023 menggunakan kuesioner dengan cara wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat menggunakan uji statistik chi-square.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 59% kualitas pelayanan responden mempresepsikan tidak bermutu, 53% responden mempresepsikan tidak puas terhadap pelayanan di BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Kota Padang. Hasil uji statistik diketahui p-value 0,001 artinya terdapat hubungan kualitas pelayanan dengan tingkat kepuasan peserta BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Kota Padang Tahun 2023.
Disimpulkan terdapat hubungan yang bermakna anatara kualitas pelayanan dengan tingkat kepuasan peserta di BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Padang Tahun 2023. Diharapkan kepada pihak BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Kota Padang agar lebih meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan peserta dengan meningkatkan fasilitas sarana dan prasarana dengan baik serta melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi survey kepuasan peserta.
The participant satisfaction index in services at the BPJS Kesehatan Padang City Branch in 2021 was 78.6% compared to 76.2% in 2022. One of the indicators seen from BPJS Kesehatan Padang City Branch has the lowest number of participant visits The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between service quality and the level of satisfaction of BPJS Kesehatan Padang Branch participants in 2023.
This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional research design. This research was conducted at the BPJS Health Branch of Padang City in March-August 2023. The population in this study were BPJS participants with a total of 877,203 people. The sample size was 100 respondents who were taken by accidental sampling. Data collection was carried out on July 3-19, 2023 using a questionnaire by interview. Data analysis using univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using the chi-square statistical test.
The results showed that 59% of respondents' service quality perceived that it was not of high quality, 53% of respondents perceived that they were not satisfied with the services at the Padang City Branch of BPJS Health. The results of the statistical test showed a p-value of 0.001, meaning that there is a relationship between service quality and the level of satisfaction of BPJS Health participants in the Padang City Branch in 2023.
It is concluded that there is a significant relationship between service quality and the level of participant satisfaction at the BPJS Kesehatan Padang Branch in 2023. It is hoped that the BPJS Kesehatan Padang City Branch will further improve the quality of service to participant satisfaction by improving facilities and infrastructure properly and monitoring and evaluating participant satisfaction surveys.
