Abstract
RINGKASAN EKSLUSIF
Menurut WHO populasi global penderita gangguan ansietas pada tahun 2020 diperkirakan lebih dari 200 juta orang (3,6% dari total populasi) diseluruh dunia menderita ansietas. Ansietas merupakan factor resiko utama pada hipertensi. Gejala somatis yang dapat muncul pada ansietas seperti kepala terasa pusing, diare, berkeringat, kesulitan bernapas, mual dan muntah, palpasi atau berdebar-debar, gelisah, tidak bisa diam, tremor atau gemetaran. Latihan slow deep breathing dianggap efek yang paling bermanfaat dalam mengurangi tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi. Tujuan karya ilmiah ini adalah untuk menerapkan asuhan keperawatan dan pemberian terapi Slow Deep Brathing terhadap punurunan ansietas Ny S.
Pengkajian pada Ny. A mengatakan klien mengatakan khawatir, gelisah, dan ansietas dengan tekanan darahnya yang sering tidak stabil, klien mengatakan memikirkan penyakitnya. Diagnosa yang di angkat pada kasus ini yaitu ansietas tingkat sedang. Intervensi yang dilakukan pada klien yaitu terapi Slow Deep Breathing.
Implementasi didapatkan penulis dalam melakukan study kasus selama 10 hari dalam mengatasi ansietas dengan cara Slow Deep Breathing selama 4 hari, distraksi dilakukan 2 hari, hipnotis 5 jari 3 hari dan spiritual selama 2 hari. Terapi dilaksanakan sela 4 hari berturut-turut dari tanggal 22-24 uli . Hasil Analisa didapatkan dalam memberikan terapi slow deep breathing ansietas mengalami penurunan dari ansietas sedang dengan skala HARS 25 menjadi Ansietas ringan dengan skor HARS 16 setelah dilakukannya tindakan keperawatan mengatasi ansietas khususnya terapi Slow Deep Breathing.
Berdasarkan hasil study kasus dapat disimpulkan bahwa terapi Slow Deep Breathing dapat mengurangi ansietas pada Ny.S. Saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya lebih mengembangkan teknik ansietas yang sudah diberikan, untuk klien dapat menerapkan terapi Slow Deep Breathing menjadi keahlian individu dalam tatalaksana ansietas dengan non-farmakologis.
EXCLUSIVE SUMMARY
According to WHO, the global population of people suffering from anxiety disorders in 2020 is estimated to be more than 200 million people (3.6% of the total population) worldwide suffering from anxiety. Anxiety is the main risk factor for hypertension. Somatic symptoms that can appear in anxiety include dizziness, diarrhea, sweating, difficulty breathing, nausea and vomiting, palpation or palpitations, restlessness, restlessness, tremors or shaking. Slow deep breathing exercises are considered to have the most beneficial effect in reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients. The aim of this scientific work is to apply nursing care and provide Slow Deep Brathing therapy to reduce Mrs S's anxiety
Assessment of Mrs. A said the client said she was worried, anxious, and anxious with her blood pressure which was often unstable, the client said she was thinking about her illness. The diagnosis raised in this case was moderate anxiety. The intervention carried out on the client was Slow Deep Breathing therapy.
Implementation was obtained by the author in conducting a case study for 10 days in overcoming anxiety by means of Slow Deep Breathing for 4 days, distraction was done for 2 days, 5 finger hypnosis for 3 days and spiritual for 2 days. Therapy was carried out for 4 consecutive days from July 22-24. The results of the analysis were obtained in providing slow deep breathing therapy, anxiety decreased from moderate anxiety with a HARS scale of 25 to mild anxiety with a HARS score of 16 after nursing actions were carried out to overcome anxiety, especially Slow Deep Breathing therapy.
Based on the results of the case study, it can be concluded that Slow Deep Breathing therapy can reduce anxiety in Mrs. S. Suggestions for further researchers to further develop the anxiety techniques that have been given, for clients to be able to apply Slow Deep Breathing therapy as an individual skill in managing anxiety with non-pharmacology.
